Jung Hae-in Expresses Envy about Marriage Amid Dating Rumors with Jung So-min
On September 12, a video titled “Jung Hae In‘s honest review of Veteran2 ✨(※Spoiler alert) | Donor Hyeong EP09” was uploaded, featuring actor Jung Hae-in, who recently starred in the movie “I, the Executioner” (also known as “Veteran 2”) and the tvN drama “Love Next Door”, appeared as a guest.
During the episode, Jung Hae-in revealed, “I have worries, but I don’t talk about them. It’s a concern because I tend to keep everything to myself.”
To this, Shin Dong-yup, who is married, responded, “When you meet someone really close, eventually, you’ll open up.”
Jung Hae-in then mentioned his “I, the Executioner” co-star Hwang Jung-min, saying, “Not long ago, I saw senior Hwang Jung-min talking with his wife about every little thing, and it looked so nice, cool, and enviable.”
Jung Hae-in also shared insights about his own personality, saying, “I’ve never been told I have a strong presence. I’m quite serious, but I’ve been told that I’m soft. Recently, people have said I’m funny.”
The actor also mentioned that Jung So-min, his co-star in “Love Next Door”, often tells him he’s funny.
“I play around a lot with So-min while we’re filming. It’s probably because we play childhood friends in the show. She says I’m fun,” he said, before humorously wondering, “Is she just laughing to be polite? I’ll have to think about that. Looking back, she could have been laughing just to be nice”.
Jung Hae-in added, “I think being humorous in a way that doesn’t offend others when you get close is a strength. That’s why I like humorous people.”
Jung Hae-in also revealed that he’s the same age as fellow actors Kim Soo-hyun, Ahn Bo-hyun, and Im Si-wan, all born in 1988, which caught the attention of viewers.
Jung Hae-in shared, “I’m not a heavy drinker, but my tolerance can vary. However, I’ve been influenced a lot by Si-wan. He’s very knowledgeable about whiskey, which I’ve enjoyed even before. When we went to Scotland together, he was like my guide.”
Jung Hae-in also promised a future appearance alongside Im Si-wan, saying, “Next time, we won’t come empty-handed. We’ll bring some whiskey and drink together.”
Meanwhile, Jung Hae-in was recently involved in dating rumors with Jung So-min after it was revealed that they had traveled together for a photo shoot. Regarding these rumors, Jung Hae-in said, “No comment,” adding, “It just shows how good our chemistry is.”
